Hello and welcome to this blog that will hopefully change your life for the better. If you suffer from ill health, you may find that simply changing your diet could help ease, if not eradicate, your illness.
Follow and I will take you through the new eating practice that I discovered and which enabled me to recover from illness and feel wonderfully healthy.
Sick from eating the wrong foods
I have suffered from all types of ailments from a young age, including bronchitis, hay fever, endometriosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, adrenal fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, fibromyalgia, obesity etc etc.
Eventually, at the ripe age of 55, and having tried every diet and eating program out there, including being a ‘vegetarian’ for many years, I discovered true health by following what I call a natural ethical diet.
Natural and ethical food for health
This is based on two simple premises:
a) ‘Natural‘, meaning, if you were to be stranded without any tools, cookware, or weapons in a natural area with no way of finding any type of man-made food, what would you eat? Whatever you could gather, find and catch. And, you would probably eat it raw.
b) ‘Ethical‘, meaning taking into account the quality of both the life, and death, of any plant or creature you may have gathered, found or caught, and whether or not the food one eats is healthy to eat.

So what does that leave us with? And why does it lead to optimum health?
